Warranties and Returns

Q. What is your returns Returns/Exchanges Policy?

We will correct any genuine errors , faulty, or damaged product. Please indicate the reason for the return and your preferred remedy.

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Goods must be returned in original packaging and they must be in an unused condition. Any postage charges are the responsibility of the customer. To process a return, please contact a customer service representative on our toll-free number: 0064 3 388 1109.

Q. Do your products have warranties?

Warranty claims are handled directly by the Cameron here at Timeandtrends , we will do our utmost to ensure that warranty claims are handled in a satisfactory and timely man. Q. How do warranties work for overseas customers?

It is really easy. Just get in touch with us and we will guide you through the process.

Q. What if my order becomes damaged in the mail?

Occasionally, goods may be damaged during delivery. If goods arrive damaged, please contact one of our customer service representatives on +64 33381109. We will issue you with a return authorisation and provide a reply paid address so the goods can be returned. The goods are then inspected and a replacement order is sent back to you.
