  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

  • Items must be returned in unused condition with their original packaging.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or the result of our error.

Q. What if my order arrives damaged?

While rare, transit damage can happen. If your order arrives damaged:

  2. We’ll issue a Return Authorisation and provide a prepaid return label (if applicable).

  3. Once we receive and inspect the goods, a replacement or refund will be arranged promptly.
