Q. What delivery service do you use for International Orders?
A. We send all orders by Eship DHL operated by NZ & AUS post couriers
Q. When will my order be dispatched?
A. We ship all our product on the same day as order where ever possible on weekdays. If you place your order on a public holiday, your order will be dispatched on the next business day
Q. Where will my order be dispatched from?
A. Our warehouse in Christchurch, New Zealand
Q How do I track and trace?
A You will be sent a link with your tracking details from our New Zealand site .
If you are in Australia it can be quicker using your track number and searching the auspost site for more detailed information and card to call inquiry's
Warranties
All of our products come with a manufacturers warranty (usually 2 years). We have carefully selected our family of brands as they are known for their high quality and they seldom have issues.
But if they ever do - you know you are covered by a warranty.
