We offer free shipping on all orders to anywhere in the world.

Dispatch & Packaging

All products are packaged in a cardboard box and bubble wrapped to absorb any shock so your items arrive in pristine condition. These elements give your delicate products the extra protection it needs in order to be posted.  Learn more about our packaging practices and the lengths we go to, to ensure your orders arrive in great condition.

Yes we do. You need to add gift wrapping to your cart (which you can find here) and this will give you gift wrapping options for that product and bring up a box where you can add your personalised message.

In New Zealand, we send orders by NZ post couriers using track and trace. 

We use "Eshiping" provided by New Zealand Post and Australian Post.  All companies we use offer a track and trace on all parcels. If Auspost leaves you a card in your letterbox as no one is home, you can go to www.auspost.com to find your nearest post shop, where you will find your order.

Delivery Times

We will endeavour to ship your order that day, or let you know if we anticipate any delay. 

Our warehouse in Hoon Hay Valley in Hoon Hay in Christchurch, New Zealand. We work Monday - Friday 9 am - 5pm New Zealand Time.

New Zealand orders usually arrive in 2 - 5 working days.

Australian orders usually arrive within 6 - 8 Working Days

Shipping outside of NZ & AUSTRALIA

We can ship to virtually any address in the world.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose.

At present mainly New and Australia but happy to send to any other country . We will contact you if we cannot supply.

Warranties & Returns

Should you have any issues - your product can be returned to:  117 Conway St, Somerfield, Christchurch 8024.

All of our products come with a manufacturers warranty. We carefully selected these brands as they are high quality and seldom have issues. But if they ever do - you know you are covered by a warranty. Should you have any issues please contact us with your order number and we can help you start the returns process.

Yes, when you "add" gift wrapping there is a box where you can let us know what message you would like to send with your gift.

Yes, we do! Why pay for shipping twice? To arrange shipping direct to their door, simply fill out their information in the delivery/shipping details when you are in our online checkout

We package your order in gender neutral wrapping paper, adorn it with a bow that won't get squashed in the mail and once it's gift wrapped we will bubble wrap it or use reinforced cardboard to ensure it arrives in tip-top condition.
